First week
1. Installed Software –Visual Studio 2008.
2. Not even single crash.
3. No lags.
4. Lot of Updates 
as this is RC this is acceptable.

Need advise if HP notebooks a good make of notebooks? I’m going to obtain a new laptop some time and I wonder is HP a good enough notebook. I was thinking does it last for yers and have decent battery life. I’m not sure, maybe I want a Sony however that one is very expensive. So i was looking about if HP laptops are good computers.

Hello,
HP laptops are more than enough good. I will recommend go for business series(hp nx or nc) then home(pavilion).
Also make sure u got all standard internal peripheral like go for Intel WIFI than Broadcom(as you may face some issue if u want to install Linux on it).
HP service is really good.
